Bilal Randeree is Social Media / Wed editor for one of the world's most dynamic and interesting news platforms - Al Jazeera English (AJE) based in Doha, Qatar. Randeree has worked on coverage of major news stories globally and in the Middle East, using innovative and creative online solutions. Bilal was one of the first journalists to get in touch online with Tunisian protesters and activists during December 2010 events, and since then the use of social media and online platforms has become even more vital to his work, and to Al Jazeera's coverage.
